Nicole Ortiz is a licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, with an emphasis in Multicultural and Community Psychology. She takes a collaborative, evidence-based approach to care and has extensive training in psychotherapy with adolescents and adults. Nicole utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction. She has specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) through California Sleep Center. Recognizing how sleep difficulties impact physical and mental health—including stress, anxiety, depression, and cognitive functioning—Nicole is passionate about helping clients improve their sleep and achieve their therapy goals.

Dr. Erica Wilson has a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Kent State University. She is a culturally conscious psychologist with 20 years of success in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment via individual and group formats. Dr. Wilson is also highly skilled in developing effective treatment plans and using evidence-based therapies to treat anxiety and depression in adults. Dr. Wilson has received additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and brings the depth of knowledge and experience to assist clients with sleep difficulties.

Dr. Patrick Lockwood grew up in a small Missouri town, enculturated with classical southern and Midwestern values like honesty, integrity, and the “neighborly” way of relating to people. He completed his B.A. in psychology at the University of Missouri, then moved to Los Angeles to earn his Doctorate of Psychology at TCSPP.
Dr. Lockwood has experience with non-profits, treatment centers, private practice counseling, and as an adjunct professor. Notably, he is currently an adjunct professor at California Lutheran University teaching psychology and psychotherapy courses. He also has a podcast on YouTube about topics related to mental health, wellness, psychology, and neuroscience called “The Psychology Checkup.” Finally, Dr. Lockwood is the author of “The Fear Problem,” a book integrating the neuroscience and evolutionary psychology of our fear process to explain why we get triggered by politics and other “hot topics.”
As part of California Sleep Center, Dr. Lockwood has received additional training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) and is excited to assist clients with their sleep challenges.

Dr. Veronica Perin is a licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University, and specializes in insomnia treatment using CBT-I.
